The Columbiana County Port Authority (CCPA) was established in 1977 and is headquartered in Lisbon, OH. CCPA is an alliance of government and businesses working together for economic development in Columbiana County, to develop new business, assist and encourage growth of existing businesses, and enhance employment for the area’s skilled and vibrant workforce.

CCPA is an experienced real estate port authority, owning an Intermodal Facility, land in an industrial park, commercial properties as well as industrial properties.
